[this is bad] inciting subversion of state power ? what's that then - is that the same as being guilty of having a valid opinion that the ruling powers do not agree with ?

It looks like the official policy is 'put up and shut up'. Don't you feel fortunate to have freedom of speech and opinions?

Yes I really do appreciate that, sometimes people abuse that right and voice opinions that have no basis and they just use it as an excuse to say whatever they want to and that's a shame but in england we are perhaps as free as any nation has ever been right now. I know america is supposed to be the land of the free but i would argue that little england takes that crown. Americans fear the CIA and lawyers are too scared to file cases against the CIA. No one in the UK has a fear of M15 or any of the politicians. I am so lucky and so glad to live in relative heaven compared to many people in this world.
